Operations Project Manager - Dedicated Logistics

Lead end-to-end startup execution for new dedicated trucking operations, from onboarding to stabilization.
Serve as primary on-site leader during startup stabilization (typically 30–60 days per location) and oversee transitions.
Develop scalable SOPs, optimize dispatch workflows, and ensure data integrity with IT for accurate weekly invoicing.
Train and onboard drivers, dispatchers, driver managers, and administrative staff through a five-week program.
Ensure DOT compliance and Hours of Service, while maintaining safety, payroll, invoicing, maintenance, and P&L fundamentals.
Lead cross-functional projects, provide weekly status updates, and travel up to 60% to support new accounts.
