Lead and grow a six-person SoC driver software team responsible for device-driver and HAL development for next-gen IPs.
Collaborate with hardware designers to implement drivers for PCIe, HBM, and other subsystems; partner with system software to resolve architecture and debug challenges.
Refactor and maintain existing codebases throughout the device lifecycle while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
Continuously test and deploy software stacks to multiple internal customers and drive scalable tooling to simplify use and debugging of our SoCs.
Champion strong software architecture concepts, building effective abstractions over low-level hardware details and favoring modular driver architectures.
Operate in a hands-on leadership role, coding alongside your team and shaping the group’s direction in a startup-like environment within a large organization.
