Senior Federal Construction Estimator (RSMeans/Bluebeam)

Lead the full estimating lifecycle for federal, public, and municipal projects using RSMeans and Bluebeam to deliver accurate, timely bids.
Perform RSMeans-based pricing, cost validation, and escalation modeling to support competitive federal pricing (USACE, VA, GSA, NASA, DHS, TxDOT).
Execute digital quantity takeoffs in Bluebeam and manage subcontractor RFQs, scopes, and pricing alignment.
Develop IDIQ/MACC/MATOC pricing strategies and track KPIs while ensuring rigorous documentation and follow-through.
Mentor junior estimators, raise department standards, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume bid environment.
Requires 7+ years of federal estimating experience, advanced RSMeans and strong Bluebeam skills, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and onsite availability.
