Head of Legal / General Counsel
仕事内容
Build and lead a full-stack legal function from scratch, spanning corporate, compliance, employment, IP, litigation, regulatory, and commercial matters.
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, GTM, People, Finance, Ops, and the Executive team to design scalable legal systems and processes.
Act as the CEO’s strategic advisor on negotiations, disputes, and sensitive initiatives, and serve as the primary decision-maker on high-stakes matters.
Work with Product and Engineering to embed compliance and risk minimization into product development and pricing models.
Support fundraising, board governance, investor communications, and manage outside counsel across corporate, regulatory, employment, and litigation matters.
Ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of full-stack legal experience, a builder mindset, strong executive presence, and proven ability to scale a legal function.
