Coaches and mentors a team of embedded data scientists to deliver insights, experimentation, and strategic clarity across the logged-in experience.
Owns key metrics for onboarding, personalization, and lifecycle journeys and uses them to guide product decisions.
Leads end-to-end experimentation, from hypothesis design to rollout recommendations.
Partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to drive engagement, retention, and activation outcomes.
Elevates experimentation and BI foundations across Snowflake, Looker, and internal tools while translating data into actionable recommendations and storytelling.
Enables data-driven, personalized user experiences at scale across onboarding, resurrection, triggers, and next-best actions.
