Proactive, client-facing project manager specializing in account activations.
Act as the subject matter expert for new activations and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Prepare internal and client meeting agendas, facilitate sessions, and record action items.
Develop and update project timelines and plans; identify issues and escalate when needed.
Lead the first ~12 weeks of activation, ensuring clear communication with SMEs and client contacts.
Share best practices, support deployment, and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
