仕事内容
Act as the project representative for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
Develop and manage estimates by reviewing drawings, specifications, site visits, and subcontractor input.
Prepare submittals, work plans, schedules, and monitor budgets; oversee project P&Ls and payroll documentation.
Collaborate with General Foreman, engineering, and field crews to verify materials and ensure safe, efficient execution.
Produce construction progress reports, track expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards while supporting project delivery and client relationships.
