Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary data science team to design, build, and scale AI-driven data products that impact a global payments platform.
Own end-to-end model development: problem framing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and production deployment.
Define data models, governance, and quality standards to ensure robust, secure, and privacy-compliant analytics at scale.
Collaborate with product owners, cybersecurity, and engineering to translate business needs into technical specifications and roadmaps.
Identify data trends, plan platform-wide updates, and steer software upgrades and security remediation across services.
Lead cross-functional initiatives, promote engineering excellence, and advocate for best practices in testing, monitoring, and deployment.
