Regional Data Protection & Compliance Officer

Serve as the regional lead for data protection and corporate compliance, driving privacy-by-design and regulatory alignment.
Implement global data protection policies at the regional level, maintain processing records, notices, consent language, and standards.
Conduct DPIAs and Legitimate Interest Assessments; identify and mitigate data protection and AI-related risks across operations.
Develop and execute the regional compliance program, establish KPIs/KRIs, and oversee governance structures for accountability.
Monitor controls, perform policy reviews, support internal audit, and report to regional leadership.
Engage with regulators, manage data subject rights fulfillment, third-party due diligence, and advise on data protection considerations in business activities.
