Summer Camp Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is the operational backbone of summer camp operations, handling camper registrations, records, and refunds via the CampSite system.
Serves as the primary receptionist and point of contact for families, delivering high-quality service by phone, email, and in person.
Manages daily logistics including drop-off/pick-up, schedule changes, and transportation support, ensuring smooth arrival and departure.
Maintains snack inventory and coordinates with vendors and program staff to secure supplies for activities.
Supports pre-camp preparation, staff training, and special events to ensure successful program delivery.
This seasonal role starts in May with hybrid work, transitioning to full-time on-site duties from June to August.
