In this Individual Contributor role, you will lead the Merchandising Analytics function focused on Selection Analytics and Vendor Insights.
Develop frameworks to evaluate assortment coverage, identify white-space opportunities, and measure SKU productivity, new item ramp-up, and lifecycle performance across categories.
Build comprehensive vendor health reports and analytical models that evaluate vendor performance.
Partner with Category Managers, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to build scalable data products and dashboards (e.g., Selection Gap Tools, Growth Trackers, Vendor Health reporting) and to inform joint business planning.
Lead initiatives leveraging Generative AI to build intelligent selection agents that automate insights and enhance merchandising decision-making.
Mentor analysts, elevate analytical rigor across cross-functional partners, and translate insights into clear, actionable narratives that drive measurable outcomes.
