仕事内容
Lead and coach a small cross-dock warehouse team on the first shift to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets.
Direct daily movement of goods within the department and monitor work performance against standards.
Assist in developing and maintaining training programs; identify qualified trainers and training needs.
Communicate clearly with team and supervisors; document performance and incidents as required.
Maintain strong administrative skills for reporting, documentation, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Foster teamwork, adaptability, and a positive, professional attitude with reliable attendance.
