仕事内容
Lead and participate in project estimating, bid reviews, and pre-bid meetings for heavy civil work in NJ/NY.
Perform detailed take-offs, manage subcontractor negotiations, and track quantities.
Oversee project financials and billing using AIA documentation and standard reporting.
Serve as the primary liaison between field, office, clients, and subs on public and private projects.
Ensure proper close-out with required paperwork and regulatory compliance.
Requirements: 10+ years in heavy civil; milling, paving, utility, and drainage; strong blueprint/spec reading; MS Office 365; AIA forms; multi-project management; excellent communication; NJ public agency familiarity a plus.
