仕事内容
Drive strategic analyses to identify opportunities to improve the core product experience for users.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design and run experiments.
Advance the experimentation stack by implementing Sequential Testing, Bayesian testing, and CUPED.
Partner with the Machine Learning Engineering team to design and build models that power the product.
Monitor key business metrics and proactively surface/troubleshoot issues, driving timely resolutions.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations across the customer journey and establish scalable processes.
