Lead Data Engineer

As the Lead Data Engineer, you will architect and maintain scalable data pipelines and processing frameworks that support analytics, experimentation, and product use cases. You will ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness by establishing standards, validation processes, and monitoring. You will mentor and guide a team of data engineers, fostering technical craftsmanship and continuous learning. Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Analytics, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions. Drive the technical roadmap, make architectural decisions for scalability and efficiency, and improve ETL/ELT processes through automation. Operate in the context of secure data usage, regulatory compliance, and agile DevOps practices across geographies.
