Restoration Construction Estimator

The Restoration Construction Estimator conducts initial site inspections, analyzes project documents, and reads blueprints to prepare accurate restoration cost estimates.
They identify time, labor, and material requirements, determine project scopes, and forecast costs to guide bid decisions.
They present estimates to clients professionally, outline cost-reduction options, and obtain signed authorization to proceed.
The Estimator supports the sales team in final project preparation and maintains comprehensive project documentation and records.
This role requires on-site involvement for site visits, on-call availability, and occasional travel, with a 6:30 a.m. start and daily JMR meetings.
Proficiency with PSA, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Matterport, and Microsoft Office, plus strong math and communication skills, enables multi-project management.
