As a Construction Estimator, you will manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial alignment throughout the lifecycle.
You will supervise field staff and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to keep work aligned with the plan.
Lead preconstruction activities, review scopes of work, and perform constructability assessments to optimize design and sequencing.
Ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards on site and maintain compliance with local guidelines.
Oversee subcontractors and monitor expenses for projects valued at $20M or more, aiming for on-time, within-budget delivery.
The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to perform under pressure.
