Lead Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer (Singapore-based)

Design, code, and deploy scalable ML models to optimize customer experience, supplier value, and business outcomes with production readiness.
Mine and analyze hundreds of millions of users and billions of events to extract actionable insights driving pricing, ranking, and personalization.
Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver reliable daily results and iterate through experiments.
Research and operationalize new ideas that can make a measurable impact on business metrics.
Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on data science, strong ML/DL/Statistics, and proficiency in SQL and Python with PySpark and/or Scala.
Nice to have: PhD/MSc, experience in NLP, image processing, recommender systems, Spark/Hadoop, and e-commerce/OTA domain.
