Project Estimator - Construction & Maintenance
仕事内容
As a Project Estimator, develop accurate cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects within a hybrid work setup in the NYC metropolitan area.
Prepare quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work, and coordinate pricing with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and vendors.
Review RFPs and bid opportunities, assemble complete bid packages, and track budgets, project costs, and change orders throughout all phases.
Conduct site visits to collect field data, maintain pricing databases, and assess feasibility and scheduling alignments.
Participate in project meetings to clarify scope assumptions and continuously improve estimating tools, templates, and processes.
Requires 3+ years of experience in construction estimating or cost analysis, strong Excel and estimation software skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently in a hybrid environment.
