Legal Counsel

As a Legal Counsel, you will partner with cross-functional teams to identify, manage, and mitigate legal risk in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of commercial contracts, including license, NDA, reseller/partner, and service agreements.
Advise on RFP/RFQ responses and public procurement, balancing legal, commercial, and operational considerations.
Keep the legal know-how current on data protection, intellectual property, AI, cybersecurity, and related developments, integrating guidance into transactional practices.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, train teams on contracting standards, and manage external advisors.
Requirements include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a U.S. accredited law school, active U.S. license to practice, and 5+ years of relevant in-house (or equivalent) experience.
