仕事内容
Conduct environmental assessments and help prepare Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and Environmental Reports (ER) in accordance with NRC and NEPA.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate environmental considerations into facility layouts, processes, and technologies.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impacts related to air, water, soil, and waste management.
Prepare and submit permit applications for environmental approvals from federal, state, and local agencies, and ensure ongoing compliance.
Perform environmental monitoring, data analysis, and support regulatory inspections, audits, and public hearings.
Stay current on regulatory changes, deliver staff training, and apply first-principles engineering approaches to licensing and design decisions.
