Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of workspace layouts and site plans to enhance productivity, safety, and ergonomics.
Develop and maintain detailed CAD drawings and 2D/3D models for factory layouts and workstations.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and time/motion analysis to improve workflows, material handling, and space utilization.
Collaborate with Production, Facilities, and Engineering to ensure designs meet codes, standards, and operational goals.
Support capacity planning, equipment placement, and future scalability with data-driven design recommendations.
Qualifications include a relevant degree, 3+ years in industrial engineering or drafting, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling.
