Provide operation and maintenance support for plant equipment to maximize reliability and uptime.
Develop, implement, and monitor Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs and related PMRs.
Create BOMs for new equipment and coordinate with suppliers and maintenance staff.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities: vibration analysis, oil analysis, NDT, and thermography.
Conduct root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, and FMEA to reduce repetitive problems and improve MTBF.
Participate in a 14-month Build4Growth program and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety standards and SAP PMR activities.
