Partner with Growth teams to understand drivers of the business and accelerate growth.
Develop short-term and long-term forecasting models for the self-serve business.
Conduct deep-dive analyses, synthesizing insights into crisp narratives for senior leadership.
Build frameworks for identifying patterns/trends in customer behavior and implement them in predictive scoring models.
Empower others to be self-sufficient by building self-service tools and reports to drive awareness of key metrics.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product Analysts to build core data models powering operational metrics and analyses.
