Lead discovery work to identify patterns in workforce data predicting engagement, retention, and performance.
Build and validate statistical and ML models to surface actionable insights.
Improve data quality and standardization for attributes like hierarchy, tenure, and demographics.
Collaborate with engineers to productionize insights, including integration with an internal AI assistant.
Contribute to engagement benchmarks through methodology improvements and data quality.
Shape the longer-term insights roadmap and communicate findings clearly to product and business stakeholders.
