Construction Estimator
仕事内容
As a Construction Estimator, you will develop accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs to keep projects within budget.
Analyze drawings and specifications to define the scope, and determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather data and refine estimates; conduct on-site data collection.
Prepare bid proposals, evaluate subcontractor bids, and negotiate pricing to secure competitive offers.
Utilize PlanSwift, Revu/Bluebeam, and other estimating software, along with Procore and Building Connected, to support estimates and project control.
Monitor costs during construction and assist the project team to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, compliant projects.
