Research Scientist - Salesforce AI Research

As a Research Scientist, you will own and pursue ambitious, long-term research goals in large-scale generative AI, NLP, and ML. You will develop practical, scalable solutions for real-world problems and, when needed, lead teams to deliver complex pure and applied research projects. You will design careful experiments, build novel models, and publish results to advance the state of the art, while collaborating with product and research teams. You will contribute to the scientific community through top-tier publications and, when appropriate, patentable innovations. Ideal candidates have a PhD or MS in CS/AI/ML, a strong publication record, and hands-on experience with DL frameworks and LLMs. You will mentor other researchers, participate in cross-functional initiatives, and translate research insights into scalable, impact-driven solutions.
