Develop and finalize comprehensive construction estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and scope using HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analyses for civil projects including roads, bridges, utilities, and site development.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts, scope changes, and pricing adjustments.
Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation while maintaining strict cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Review on-site conditions to refine estimates and support effective construction management and decision making.
Monitor costs versus estimates, identify variances early, and implement corrective actions to protect project profitability.
