We are seeking a seasoned coding and machine learning professional to act as a consultant on AI training data projects.
You will define success criteria, create SOPs and QA rubrics, and review outputs to ensure high technical standards.
Develop domain-specific reference materials, curate gold-standard scripts and annotations, and provide precise remediation notes to contractors.
Perform structured QA passes, track defects, and advise on tools, frameworks, and workflows to meet delivery deadlines.
Vet contractor talent, deliver targeted training resources, and build dashboards to surface production insights and improvement opportunities.
Support project delivery from scoping through post-mortems, handling edge cases and changes in specifications to drive quality and speed.
