Event Manager Part Time Casual

Owns medium to large show projects across Special Events/Exhibits and Trade Shows, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope.
Leads cross-functional teams, outlines vision, strategy, and execution under the direction of the Executive Producer.
Manages all phases: pre-production, on-site production, and post-show wrap-up, including budget forecasting and cost control.
Coordinates client needs with internal departments, venues, and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
Oversees logistics, floor plans, graphics, and procurement of rentals, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
Participates in meetings, briefs onsite staff, and supports corporate initiatives while maintaining service excellence.
