仕事内容
Lead cross-functional manufacturing engineering projects in Bolingbrook, IL to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost by eliminating waste in production processes.
Develop detailed project plans with task hours, timelines, and budgets for development, production, validation, and launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Oversee R&D of new equipment, processes, SOPs, and work instructions while improving manufacturability and reducing costs.
Collaborate with Design Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure design for manufacturability and successful new product launches.
Lead process improvement activities including process mapping, FMEA, 8D problem solving, and CAPEX reviews; drive Industry 4.0 and advanced automation initiatives.
Provide mentoring, support, and leadership in project delivery, and develop standard tools, reports, and installations for new technology adoption.
