仕事内容
Provide in-home nursing care as a Weekend Home Health RN, performing patient assessments and implementing plans of care in the home setting.
Cover Saturdays and Sundays with the option for additional days based on availability, serving patients in Nassau County and Brooklyn.
Collaborate with the care team, make referrals as needed, and promote patient independence through teaching and rehabilitative measures.
Supervise LPNs and HHAs, ensure timely and accurate documentation, and communicate patient progress to the clinical manager.
Attend on-call duties and participate in ongoing clinical development and continuing education.
Compensation ranges from $55.00 to $60.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health plans, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.
