Staff Software Engineer – Agentic AI Platform

Take ownership of architecting and delivering a scalable Agentic AI Platform that orchestrates multiple autonomous AI agents and supports retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
Design backend services in Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Flask), and expose REST and gRPC APIs that connect services, agents, and frontend components.
Integrate Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Mistral, Gemini) and implement GenAI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or Autogen, with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.
Build distributed, fault-tolerant microservices with Kubernetes and Docker, focusing on low latency, scalability, and cost efficiency, with strong observability via Prometheus/Grafana.
Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with ML, product, and platform teams to shape the roadmap and ensure timely delivery.
Champion innovation, automation, and open-source practices while maintaining enterprise-grade security, reliability, and governance.
