Assistant Project Manager I – Overhead Transmission

This entry-level role provides project management support for overhead transmission projects, focusing on field coordination and process execution. You will assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in developing and communicating the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and safety/environment plans. You will help establish major construction work plans, JHAs, and distribute them to trades and vendors while tracking progress. You will maintain regular progress reporting and uphold budget and cost-control trackers, forecasting needs as required. You will perform labor and equipment production analysis, assess cost and schedule impacts, and assist with cost control estimates. You will manage project records and documentation, ensure compliance with policies, and support continuous improvement.
