Corporate Counsel – M&A

Serve as Corporate Counsel with a focus on M&A strategy and execution within a global corporate legal team.
Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, technology, IP licenses, and transition services.
Support corporate governance, including materials for board and committee meetings and annual stockholder meetings.
Advise on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integration, and internal restructuring.
Provide guidance on global legal matters across ESG, marketing, tax, treasury, manufacturing, investor relations, and other areas as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, tax, treasury, operations, IT, engineering, strategy) and external service providers to enable deal execution and corporate initiatives.
