Director - Investment Banking

Line 1: Lead mid-market origination in investment banking, targeting software-focused businesses with SaaS revenue of $10m+ or EBITDA of $5m+. Line 2: Source and assess opportunities, partnering with senior bankers to craft compelling deal strategies and value creation plans. Line 3: Mentor and manage junior staff, building a high-performing team and ensuring high-quality advisory work. Line 4: Develop and maintain relationships with strategic acquirers and private equity buyers to generate actionable opportunities. Line 5: Leverage sector expertise in vertical software, online retail, professional services, and payments to drive deal execution. Line 6: Willingness to travel and possession of relevant degrees and FINRA certifications to support execution.
