仕事内容
Own and manage AML data, ensuring accuracy, defensibility, and traceability for internal decisions and regulatory reporting across jurisdictions.
Translate regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations into clear data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic that stakeholders can trust.
Design and maintain AML KPIs and dashboards used by risk, compliance, and governance to drive oversight and decisions.
Perform model implementation, validation, and ongoing monitoring of AML detection models (rules-based and ML) to assess effectiveness and risk coverage.
Collaborate with ML, Compliance, and Operations to review model inputs/outputs, ensure explainability, and conduct data quality assessments.
Support audits and regulatory inquiries with well-documented analyses, and contribute to governance, policy, and process improvements.
