仕事内容
Outdoor customer service role supporting airport rental operations, involving assisting customers with the car rental and return process.
Responsibilities include checking vehicles, entering data on a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, and guiding customers at exit gates.
Provide excellent service while maintaining efficient operations on the rental lot.
Must be comfortable working outdoors, able to move around the lot, and drive a variety of vehicles.
Requires valid driver's license, basic computer skills, data entry and typing, and flexible shifts on-site.
No remote work; prior fast-paced retail or customer service experience is a plus; on-the-job training provided.
