Hotel Operations Manager
仕事内容
Lead the daily operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering, with a guest-first approach.
Partner with the Senior Operations Manager and General Manager to uphold service standards and drive operational excellence.
Serve as the on-site senior operations leader in the absence of direct supervisors, managing Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintaining hotel rhythm.
Support staffing, scheduling, inspections, preventative maintenance oversight, and deep-cleaning programs, collaborating with Housekeeping and Engineering leadership.
Balance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team engagement while assessing financial data and basic analytics to inform decisions.
Maintain high visibility in public areas during peak times and foster a culture of empowerment, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
