仕事内容
Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Prepare comprehensive bid packages in response to RFPs and project solicitations.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
Develop estimates used by management for planning, organizing, and scheduling work; monitor cost performance during the project.
Lead pre-construction design meetings and provide feedback to the design team to maintain budgets.
Review material and labor requirements, assess cost-effectiveness, manage supplier/subcontractor directory, and perform constructability reviews.
