As a Data Analyst in Fintech Services, you define success metrics and deliver analytical solutions for product questions such as behavioral segmentation, feature usage, UX performance, and funnel analysis.
You build and maintain dashboards, develop data models to track product performance, and conduct A/B test analyses to optimize KPI outcomes.
You translate data into actionable insights, support business teams with ad-hoc analyses, and standardize reporting aligned with company strategy.
You empower non-technical users with self-service analytics through the right infrastructure and tools.
You design standardized customer segmentations and apply ML-based causal inference to explain root causes and predict intervention impacts.
You collaborate with Data Science to improve models through diagnostic analysis, feature engineering, and iterative feedback.
