Lead end-to-end monetization-focused ML initiatives, delivering personalization and high-quality recommendations for ads and product surfaces.
Design and deploy scalable data processing pipelines and large-scale ML systems using Hadoop, Spark, and modern tooling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment and improve models across Home feed, Ads, Growth, Shopping, and Search.
Apply cutting-edge deep learning, NLP, and retrieval techniques, and leverage LLMs to enhance content understanding and tooling.
Own model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance optimization for candidate retrieval, ranking, and targeting.
Stay current with industry trends in recommender systems and real-time processing, driving measurable impact for the product.
