Fitness Instructor

Lead and run the facility's group fitness program, designing simple workouts and instructing proper use of equipment.
Counsel members on goals, provide guidance, and promote a welcoming, judgement-free environment.
Maintain a consistent class schedule, perform regular floor walks, and promptly address safety or policy issues.
Assist front desk tasks including member check-in, new member sign-ups, tours, and updating member accounts.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and shared spaces, including restrooms and amenities.
Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude to support a diverse member community.
