This 100% remote Data Analyst role focuses on extracting insights from conversations across digital channels to identify brand opportunities. You will analyze owned channels analytics to derive actionable recommendations. You will master digital metrics and perform in-depth analysis of digital and social platforms. You will run test-and-learn programs on owned channels and campaigns to optimize performance. You will monitor digital and social crises and provide timely guidance while collaborating with content and creative teams. You will produce daily and monthly reports and present findings to inform content strategy and social listening.
