Lead and develop a global media relations team to drive external communications across product, corporate, consumer, and enterprise news.
Design and execute a comprehensive global media strategy, securing high-profile placements and cultivating long-term media relationships across 8 regions.
Provide crisis and reputation management guidance, and craft executive messaging in collaboration with Leadership and IR for financial moments.
Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, customer success, legal, and partners to align campaigns with business goals and measure impact.
Advise on AI-enabled approaches to scale outreach, track PR ROI, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
Coach and mentor a diverse team in a hybrid NYC environment, coordinating with remote colleagues and external agencies.
