Lead individual projects and priorities using AGILE methodologies.
Deliver high-throughput, scalable, highly available, concurrent, and fault-tolerant software systems.
Collaborate with team members across multiple offices and with product management to define the roadmap.
Design and develop innovative solutions to complex problems, applying rigorous quality engineering practices.
Ensure resilience and stability through code reviews, unit and integration testing, DevOps practices, and production support.
Be a leader and mentor, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture while driving the evolution of the Aladdin platform.
