Accounting Manager - Hybrid Remote

Lead financial oversight and strategic partnership as an Accounting Manager in a hybrid remote role based in Azerables.
Oversee financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and analysis of income statement fluctuations against budget, prior periods, and benchmarks.
Partner with leadership to develop annual operating budgets and ongoing projections; monitor performance and identify risks or opportunities.
Build financial models and business cases to evaluate new opportunities and guide strategic investments; deliver dashboards and analytics to drive decisions.
Serve as a finance liaison across clinical, administrative, and operational teams; translate financial data into actionable insights and KPIs.
Drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and support governance while enabling scalable growth.
