仕事内容
Lead multiple high-end commercial renovation projects in the NYC area, managing budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk from initiation through closeout.
Interface with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, budgets, cash flow, milestones, and risk plans.
Direct project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, perform bid analyses, and recommend suppliers and subcontractors.
Implement governance, document control, and reporting; facilitate meetings and maintain data integrity and timely communications.
Track progress against objectives; manage change orders and assess impacts to scope, budget, and schedule with actionable mitigation plans.
Ensure successful project completion including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
