仕事内容
Lead and support day-to-day transport operations on a 4on 4off night schedule, including dispatch, debriefs, and workflow management.
Act as the trusted liaison with key customers to ensure smooth operations and strong partnerships.
Collaborate with the Transport Manager to maximise fleet and staff performance through effective planning and decision-making.
Lead driver debriefs, promote clear communication, and maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Drive KPI reporting and daily stats, ensuring compliance with Working Time Directive and EU driver hours regulations.
Handle queries, manage incidents or breakdowns, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
