仕事内容
The role blends pre-construction estimating with hands-on project management for commercial and residential construction projects across the NYC metro area.
Develop accurate estimates, material takeoffs, and proposals to drive bid decisions and project feasibility.
Manage projects from award through final close-out, coordinating field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment across multiple sites.
Track schedules, costs, change orders, and documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.
Communicate regularly with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to manage scope, expectations, and risk.
Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment.
